About Us

Well, where do we start.
Most people know us from (DPE) Di Filippo Performance Exhausts.

We started DPE back in 1999 and ran that business for 20 years, and due to health reasons alone, we had to shut it down. It was a very sad day and a decision that was out of our hands, as the business was doing really well, with over 2000 great customers, a great staff (second family) and just a fun place to work. So, we sold the plant and equipment and jigs to Manter Exhausts in WA and stopped trading. We did not sell the business. It’s our family name and it will never be sold.
Some people also know us from Drag-racing. Racing in, Top Fuel, Nitro Funny Car, Jet Funny Cars, and Jet Dragsters, this we also had to stop too due to health reasons. Which was sad for myself and the Di Filippo Family and my guys on the racing crew. Racing was a huge part of our life, and we will cherish the memories forever. We will not miss the huge hours building motors and being away from family lol. But my kids are dirt track racing now, so 3rd generation, who knows where they end up.

So, after a five-year break, and getting our health back in order, Wayne and I have decided to open (DPC) Di Filippo Performance Cars. It’s a business we both have a lot of passion for. Advertised price is as is.

We built so many cars when running DPE while doing all the exhausts work. From AC Cobra’s, XY GT’S, LX Torana SLR rep, Boss Mustang, Burnout cars, Drag-cars, Jet trucks, it did not stop.
So now we are going into selling cars, building cars to sell. We will take the open and honest path, when it comes time to selling, by telling all the good, and all the bad, with nothing to hide.
We really look forward to serving customers and finding them their dream car.
I have car passion in my blood, thanks to my Mum and Dad, they have been in the automotive scene their whole life, from running ESSO service station’s, to running C&C Performance, to running a local wrecking yard, to starting True Flow Exhausts, to Western Automatics, my parents have given it a red-hot go. And also Drag racing in SS/AA, Top Alcohol, Top Fuel.

I personally love finding good cars, and buying them, then I keep them for a few years and sell them, I fix a few up on the way, and import quite a few cars, but now it’s time to get serious about it, we aim to keep around 60 to 100 muscle cars in stock.
And service customers all around the world.
We look forward to catching up with some old customers and meeting a lot of new ones.
